When we were faced with not being able to modify our existing home loan, we felt hopeless. Frank and his Real Estate team have provide me with exceptional service from beginning to end for the shortsale of our fourplex property in Sacramento. At first, we were concerned that Frank not being local to Sacramento was going to be an issue, but it turned out that he demonstrated great knowledge of the Sacramento market and executed this shortsale with the same professional and expeditious manner as he did with our other rental properties local to Tracy. In addition, when we consulted with other real estate agents and asked for their advise on shortsales and foreclosures, we either got a completely wrong answer, or a "I can't give you advise because you need to talk to a lawyer or a tax accountant". The fact is that a lawyer can help you decide whether to have a shortsale or not, and a tax account can help you do the paperwork after a shortsale is complete, but only an experienced and knowledgeable real estate agent can help you go through the shortsale process successfully by working with the mortgage companies, the title companies, the property management companies, and with the buyers, and provide indispensable advice along the way. That is what Frank and his team have done for our family, and can do for all his clients.   
 
Last but not least, and perhaps the most important of all, he has help lift a huge financial burden off our shoulders, and our outlook to the future has brighten so much more because of his great work. Thank you so much, Frank!

Working with Frank Silveria, and his Short Sale Team at Keller Williams, has been an extremely pleasurable and hassle free experience.
 
I came to Frank in January 2010 having just had our 1st Short Sale denied due to Bank/Investor incompetence, and prepared to have our family’s home Foreclosed and sold at auction within the next 30 days.  Frank agreed to meet with me on a Sunday with little notice, and within 1 hour I had explained our story and predicament to Frank.  After showing Frank all of our documentation he took on the Short Sale of our home with confidence that he would get our Short Sale through. Frank had our home listed on the MLS within the next few hours that same day and he was showing the home to perspective buyers within hours of signing the paperwork.
 
We received multiple offers within the 1st week and selected the best, highest, and most qualified bid for our property.  In less than 90 days we finished our short Sale and along the way were keep informed of all of the details of our transaction from Frank and his team, namely Kim Evans.  We started the process worried and pessimistic and ended the sale happy and confident that we made the right decision picking Frank and his team to represent us with our Short Sale.
