REO Experience:

Over the past 2 years we have built a strong Residential & Commercial REO presence in the Central Valley and Bay Area of Northern California, Covering Sacramento County, San Joaquin County, Contra Costa, Alameda and Stanislaus County. We provide exceptional service to our corporate clients as well as to our large network of buyers. Our team has been commended several times by asset managers, fellow real estate professionals and buyers we transect with (Testimonials Available).

The Team has been built with 3 listing specialists, 3 buyer’s representation specialist, field manager, Team Manager and full time transaction coordinator.

Our Team is highly proficient at completing BPO’s and understanding market trends. We have frequent team meetings, discuss and analyze market shifts and stay current with all legislation that impacts the real estate and mortgage industries. All of this translates into the quality of our BPO’s. Our knowledge of the market and our ability to think “outside of the box”.

We also use the latest advances in technology to procure the most accurate & timely data. All of our team members are equipped with wirelessly connected laptops & PDA’s for field use, which means we can quickly communicate new assignments, vendor requests, or buyer lead information from the home office to our team members in the field.

In addition we actively promote our websites, and have a growing pool of investor/buyer's who log in regularly to check out our active listings. Furthermore, we have a network of repeat buyers because of the rapport we have established with both banks and buyers, and because of our ability to smoothly and quickly negotiate transactions while maintaining a high level of integrity.
