It is estimated to take 20 years to complete the Master Plan.

Commuter bus service is provided by Tri Delta Transit and offers Mountain House residents a convenient commuter bus service to the Dublin/Pleasanton BART station. In addition Mountain House is served by, San Joaquin Regional Transit District (SJRTD) at the ParkNRide by the West Valley Mall in Tracy.
