I just would like to thank the agent at The Silveria Team for a very pleasant experience in purchasing my new home. Since I was a first time home buyer, I didn't really know anything about buying a home but Chris Serrato my agent was very patient and helpful in explaining everything through the whole home buying process, and since he is local in Tracy he was also very helpful in suggesting which locations are good and which ones I should avoid which is very important to me since i have 2 small children to worry about.
