As The Silveria Team Transaction Manager, Ashley is responsible for overseeing the coordination of the hundreds of details involved in your transaction from the time your offer is accepted until escrow is closed. This includes monitoring the paperwork, tracking transaction status, and coordinating with escrow, agent & lender to make sure that both the buyer and seller achieve a smooth, stress free experience in their real estate transactions.

As The Silveria Team Listing Manager and direct assistant to Frank Silveria III, Brittany ensures the successful maintenance, marketing & sale of our listings. With several years experience in the Real Estate industry, Brittany's knowledge of the buying & selling process makes her a very valuable member of the team.
As Marketing Manager, Bryce is responsible for overseeing the satisfaction of our clients, follow up with buyer inquiries, and the proper marketing of our listings to ensure optimal visibility to the potential buyer. When you inquire about a property, Bryce will be sure your inquiry is replied to in a timely fashion to get you the information you need as quickly as possible.
Kim is responsible for working with short sale transactions. She has extensive training in the Short Sale procedure and has experience working with many lenders. She works to negotiate the terms and ensures a smooth and seamless transaction. Kim also oversees the coordination of the approved short sale offers until escrow is closed. She monitors and maintains all the paperwork and coordinating with all parties. Kim displays strong drive and determination in managing the many details of today's short sale transactions.
